All users are encouraged to review details carefully before making any payment.


2. Digital Services and In-App Purchases

Where the App offers digital services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases:

  • Payments processed through Google Play Billing are governed by Google Play’s refund policies
  • Once a digital service or feature has been accessed or used, it may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law or Google Play policy

Users must request refunds for Google Play purchases directly through their Google Play account.


3. Painting Services

If Damilola Painting offers or facilitates physical painting services:

  • Refunds may be considered only if the service was not delivered as agreed
  • Requests must be made within a reasonable time after service delivery
  • No refunds will be issued for services already completed to the agreed standard

Inspection or verification may be required before approval.


4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made before work has commenced
  • Once work or preparation has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable
  • Late cancellations may attract administrative or material costs

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already completed
  • Digital content already accessed or downloaded
  • User errors, including incorrect selections or misuse of the App
  • Changes of mind after service delivery

6. Processing Time

Where a refund is approved:

  • Processing time depends on the original payment method
  • Google Play refunds are handled directly by Google, not Damilola Painting

7. Compliance With Nigerian Consumer Laws

This policy is subject to applicable Nigerian consumer protection laws, including regulations enforced by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).

Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
